About us
The people behind Cure Talent
We help MedTech and digital health businesses build the teams behind their products, and talented people find careers where they can make a difference.
Founded by Ross Wright and Kris Holmes, Cure Talent brings together complementary expertise across technical, commercial, quality, regulatory and scientific recruitment, backed by 25 years of combined MedTech recruitment experience.
Built around your needs
Working within a large generalist engineering recruitment business, we saw how much the needs of MedTech companies differed from those of other engineering sectors. We wanted the freedom to listen, understand those differences and build each search around the people and business involved.
That became the foundation of Cure Talent.
Every search starts with a clear brief: what the person needs to achieve, the expertise they need to bring and the environment in which they will work. We ask questions, challenge assumptions where needed and agree what success looks like before approaching the market.
Our focus is on relevant introductions, informed decisions and lasting appointments. The measure of our work is how well those introductions progress and how successfully people settle into their roles.
A personal connection to MedTech
For Ross, that connection began long before his recruitment career.
“As someone with asthma, my inhaler has been a constant companion since childhood. I’ve always been curious about how it works and grateful for the freedom it gives me. Today, recruiting the people who develop technologies like these gives my work a real sense of purpose.”
That connection to the people who ultimately depend on medical technology shapes how we approach our work.
Specialist knowledge. Established relationships.
Ross’s focus on technical and commercial hiring complements Kris’ expertise in quality assurance, regulatory affairs and scientific recruitment. Together with our team, we support businesses across the product lifecycle, from early development through to commercial growth.
Years spent recruiting within these specialisms have helped us build focused networks and a detailed understanding of the skills, experience and personal qualities that matter.
For employers, that means a search grounded in your technology, team and ambitions. For candidates, it means conversations with recruiters who understand your expertise and take the time to explore what you want next.
