Senior Software Engineer (C# / .Net)

Cure Talent is partnering with an emerging medical technology company developing an innovative connected device platform. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build the software connecting real-time device measurements, signal-processing algorithms and the applications that use their results.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you’ll take hands-on ownership of C# libraries, SDKs and integration software, working closely with firmware and signal-processing specialists as the technology progresses through clinical studies towards commercial deployment.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing C# / .NET libraries, SDKs and software interfaces
• Working with signal-processing engineers to integrate and package their MATLAB/Python algorithms into C# libraries for use across applications
• Ensuring accurate, reliable handling of continuously captured measurement data
• Working with firmware engineers to resolve communication and integration issues
• Contributing to architecture, testing and documentation within a regulated development environment

What you’ll bring

• Strong hands-on C# / .NET software development experience
• Experience developing software for devices or systems that continuously capture and process real-time measurements
• Experience developing SDKs, APIs, reusable libraries or integration layers
• A robust approach to software design, debugging and testing
• Confidence collaborating with firmware and algorithm specialists

You’ll need enough understanding of MATLAB, Python and embedded C to work effectively with the specialists using them, while C# remains your core development language. WPF, NuGet and BLE experience would be advantageous.

Medical-device experience would be beneficial but is not essential. The key requirement is experience building robust software around real-time measurement data, whether gained in instrumentation, industrial measurement, sensing or another relevant field.
