Cure Talent were delighted to partner with an innovative healthcare technology company specialising in the design, delivery and installation of complex automated systems into the healthcare ecosystem. With continued growth driving demand, we were engaged to recruit two Project Engineers to support the delivery of tailored solutions across hospital and pharmacy environments.
This was a particularly challenging assignment, requiring far more than strong engineering experience. The successful candidates needed the right attitude, aptitude and customer-focused mindset, together with a willingness to travel extensively and confidently represent the business on-site. Each project involved working closely with customers to deliver systems configured around their operational requirements and available space, with responsibility spanning installation, testing, validation, commissioning and customer handover.
Recognising that these qualities would not necessarily be evident from a CV alone, Ross carried out extensive candidate screening to assess technical capability, communication skills, cultural fit and long-term suitability. Through a focused and consultative recruitment process, Cure Talent successfully identified and secured two outstanding Project Engineers who met both the technical and personal requirements of this highly specialised role.
