Cure Talent were delighted to continue our partnership with Lombard Medical, a specialist medical device company developing advanced endovascular technologies for the treatment of aortic disease. On this occasion, we were engaged to identify a Quality Systems Engineer for a newly re-established role within the Quality function.
The position had effectively been vacant for around four years, with responsibility for much of the work having been absorbed by the Director during that time. It was therefore important to identify someone who could quickly take ownership of key quality systems activities and provide dedicated support across the wider Quality function.
The recruitment process moved quickly. Kris presented four relevant candidates, resulting in two first-stage interviews and one second-stage interview. An offer was then made and successfully accepted, allowing Lombard Medical to restore dedicated Quality Systems resource within the team.
