Cure Talent were delighted to continue our partnership with Prosum Medical, an innovative medical technology business specialising in the development and manufacture of medical devices. Having successfully placed an RAQA Specialist with the business the previous year, we were brought back on board as their specialist Medical Device recruitment partner to support the continued growth of their Quality & Regulatory team with the appointment of a second RAQA Specialist.
This was a brand-new position created to expand Prosum Medical’s Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance capability and complement the existing RAQA Specialist we had previously placed. The brief required someone with the right combination of Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Device experience, as well as the ability to integrate effectively into an established and growing team.
Within one week of taking the brief, Kris had delivered a strong shortlist of relevant RAQA candidates, resulting in three first-stage interviews. One candidate was then selected for a second-stage interview, received an offer and successfully accepted the position. We were delighted to once again support Prosum Medical with the growth of their Quality & Regulatory function and build on an already successful recruitment partnership.
