Senior Manufacturing Engineer

This role suits a senior engineer with strong electrical and controls experience who enjoys hands on problem solving and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime
• Act as technical authority for the manufacturing area and lead fault finding activities
• Resolve electrical, automation and control system issues through root cause analysis
• Maintain clear maintenance documentation and work instructions to GMP standards
• Support, mentor and develop colleagues while contributing to site projects

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role
• Strong electrical and control systems background
• Proactive problem solver with continuous improvement mindset
• Able to meet operational deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Clear communicator with internal teams and external suppliers
