Production Technician

Cure Talent are excited to partner with a global manufacturer known for its advanced surgical products to recruit a skilled Production Technician.

In this role you will play a key part of the Engineering team, supporting manufacturing through machine setup, breakdown response and proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities include
As a Production Technician, you will ensure machines and equipment are operating at peak efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement across the site. Your key duties will include:

• Supporting machine setups and verifications following product changeovers
• Responding promptly to mechanical, electrical and pneumatic equipment faults
• Monitoring equipment performance, quality outputs and identifying issues early
• Executing planned maintenance activities and documenting accordingly
• Collaborating on continuous improvement projects, including 6S and waste reduction

Key requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant engineering qualification such as ONC or NVQ Level 3
• Proven mechanical and electrical experience in a regulated manufacturing setting
• Strong fault-finding skills and hands-on familiarity with production equipment
• The ability to interpret engineering drawings and work with minimal supervision
• A team-oriented approach with flexibility to support the wider business needs
