As the new Field Service Engineer, you will support senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of robotic equipment across various customer sites in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior technicians with on-site equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. Diagnose technical issues and deliver effective, timely solutions. Maintain accurate service records and report back to management. Ensure all activities meet health, safety, and company compliance standards.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

A relevant technical qualification (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Diploma or equivalent). Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Physical fitness – this is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving large equipment. A full driving license with willingness to travel.
