The business was looking to appoint a Design Quality Engineer to support product development, design quality, quality systems and lifecycle management within their Innovation team.
Over the course of the search, the scope of the role evolved significantly as the business refined its requirements. Working closely with the hiring manager, Ross adapted the search strategy to ensure it remained aligned with Actegy’s changing needs, from design controls and quality systems through to risk management, post-market activities and cross-functional collaboration.
