Known for their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, they are experiencing significant growth and investment. As part of this expansion, we are now looking for a Quality Manager to lead their team.

As the new Quality Manager, you will lead the Quality Assurance & Control function with a hands-on focus on manufacturing processes, in-line controls and team leadership. This role is dedicated to Ops/Manufacturing Quality and day-to-day QC management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, assess and verify compliance of manufacturing processes with established quality standards, driving right-first-time performance.
  • Conduct process audits, identify gaps, implement corrective actions and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead CAPA activity across Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain QA documentation for operations (inspection protocols, test plans, quality reports) and train operational staff on best practice.
  • Lead, coach and develop the QA/QC team; schedule and coordinate daily QC activities aligned to production plans.
  • Advance the transition of in-line process control to Production teams and ensure calibration/maintenance of QC equipment.
  • Review and approve inspection results, non-conformance reports and product release documentation; develop and embed SOPs/BMRs.
  • Collaborate with Production, R&D and Compliance to align quality initiatives with business goals and regulatory expectations.

 Experience and Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection techniques and root-cause analysis tools.
  • Proven leadership and people management, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISO, GMP).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

If you’re an experienced Quality leader who thrives in production environments and enjoys elevating process capability and QC performance, we’d love to hear from you.
