QC Technician

As part of this expansion, they are now looking for a QC Technician to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring product and process quality, with responsibilities ranging from chemical analysis to documentation and equipment calibration.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of incoming goods and finished products.
• Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials and product concentrates.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of quality documentation, including BMRs.
• Identify and escalate non-conformance issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory measuring equipment.
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• Experience in a QC laboratory environment is essential.
• Knowledge of testing packaging, raw materials, and blends prior to production.
• Ability to perform in-line sampling and analysis of finished products.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
