Warehouse Manager

As part of this expansion, they are now looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team. This is a key leadership role, managing a small team while driving improvements in processes, digitalisation, and warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
• Oversee all warehouse operations including Goods In/Goods Out and inventory control.
• Introduce and embed digital processes linked to SAGE.
• Manage warehouse relocation projects and design new layouts where required.
• Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with H&S standards.
• Work closely with stock control and CI teams to maximise efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and carry out performance reviews.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Warehouse Manager in a fast-paced organisation.
• Proven ability to digitalise warehouse operations.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Current FLT licence.
• Hands-on, problem-solving approach with the ability to manage changing priorities.
